A Somatic Self-Portrait Workshop

Who are you? Not your title. Not your role. Not the version of you that shows up for everyone. Who are you when no one is looking, and who do you want to become?
You are invited to a half-day experience designed to help you see yourself clearly, tell your story, and document the creator you are becoming.
Embodying Your Narrative is an intimate workshop for 10 individuals combining guided writing, somatic practices to get into your body, and self portraiture in our professional studio. We will begin the experience together as a group, then transition into guided self-portraits with intentional props.
No photography experience is needed. Come as you are, or as you want to be. Light refreshments will be served.
